Civil Justice’s Title Tune-Up program helps Marylanders gain clear title to their home.   Through this program, a Maryland real estate attorney will:

• Advise you about your options for retitling your home,
• Provide representation for you to acquire a clear title to your home, and
• Prepare documents required to properly record the new title.
