Since 2014, Civil Justice's Economic Justice Program has preserved more than $1.2 million in assets and recovered more than $2.4 million in damages for violations of consumer protection laws.

Through a combination of in-house services and representation through our statewide network of consumer protection attorneys, Civil Justice’s Economic Justice Program helps Marylanders keep precious assets in their pockets and recover damages for illegal business actions.

Economic Justice Program offerings include:
